In order to participate in this fundraising draw all players (including the Customer) must be at least 18 years of age.
Lotto draws will be held weekly (unless otherwise stated) on a day, time and place nominated by Erin’s Isle GAA Club.
In the event of more than one winner the prize will be shared equally amongst the winners.
The Executive Committee or Lotto Committee reserves the right to regulate the prize money.
All tickets must be returned by 8.00pm(online) or 8.30pmin the club bar on the day of the draw.
The Lotto Committee, Club Officer, ticket sellers and the GAA are not liable and cannot be held responsible for any tickets not returned to the Lotto Committee by the stipulated time on the day of the draw.
Improperly marked tickets, tickets not returned on time, and unpaid tickets will be deemed void and shall have no claim to the prize money.
The Committee’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the lotto draw.
The Committee may amend the terms as deemed necessary for the proper conduct of the draw.
If your auto renewal payment (on Clubzap) is not received in time, (for whatever reason) prior to the deadline of 8.00pm on the day of the draw your lotto submission will be excluded from the draw and deemed invalid.
By purchasing a ticket, either by cash, through the bank, or online, the purchaser agrees to the Club’s terms and conditions
