TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ERINS ISLE CAMPS
1. No Provisional bookings will be taken. Places can only be secured on receipt of completed form and payment.
2. Places will be filled on a first come first served basis.
3. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) should disclose any relevant medical conditions/needs to the Camp Coordinator prior
to or on the first day of camp.
4. The hours of the camp are outlined in the product description.
5. Parents may drop children off from 9.45am
6. Erin's Isle Camp is not responsible for children outside of the above hours.
7. Erin's Isle Camp does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the participants.
8. Erin's Isle Camp reserves the right to cancel part of/or the entire programme all payments are non refundable.
9. All valuables must be left at home.
10. Information of activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions, programme schedule and other arrangements. Erin's Isle Camp has the right to cancel amend or alter activities accordingly.
11. Erin's Isle Camp will keep a current insurance policy for the duration of the Camp.
12. If a child is unable to attend a full refund will be given if 7 days' notice or a doctor’s note is given.
13. Lost property will be held onto for 2 weeks after course finishes.
14. Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the camp manager to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed - no refund will be made. Children must comply with all safety requests by their teachers and supervisors. Failure to comply will result in the child being removed from the activity.
15. Mobile phones are not permitted at camp.
16. Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident.
17. I/We consent to the use of any photographs that may be taken of our child during the camp to be used,
distributed or shown as Erin's Isle Camp sees appropriate.
• Online Booking for each camp closes at noon on the Friday preceding the start of the Camp, subject to availability.
• Erin's isle Camps reserve the right to make date / venue changes and/or cancellations if necessary and will not be held accountable or liable should activities be suspended or cancelled due to adverse weather or other events beyond our control (including but not limited to war, strike, riot, crime, plague, hurricane, flood, earthquake, pandemic and/or volcanic eruption).
• In cases where coaching activities are suspended due to adverse weather conditions, Camp Co-ordinators will make reasonable efforts to supervise indoor activities – provided only that the relevant host club/venue can offer an indoor facility at no extra cost. If such an indoor facility is not or cannot be made available, the Camp Co-ordinator will make contact with all relevant parents/guardians. It will then be the responsibility of parents/guardians to make arrangements to promptly collect their children from the Camp.
• Erin's Isle Camps shall operate to the highest applicable standards but cannot be held liable or responsible for damages, injuries or loss of possessions of any participant. Parents/guardians of each participant are advised to obtain personal insurance to cover any such occurrences. We advise that all valuable items are left at home and we cannot be held liable for any
