In conjunction with Dublin County Board our club initiated a well thought through RESPECT campaign driven by our Juvenile section back in October 2022. The geneses of this campaign came from a number of incidents that occurred on our sidelines by players, supporters and coaches that used bad language or abused the code of conduct. This is a cultural change and will take time to achieve our goals.

Unfortunately, currently we have a small minority of adults that are letting the club down. If a player, mentor or supporter is unable to control their temper and cannot act within the code of conduct on the sidelines we ask you to please refrain from attending any of our matches. 

We are encouraging kids to attend and support their older club mates and the actions of a few are bringing the club into disrepute and are having a very negative effect on our impressionable kids. It is one thing coming from an area where we are constantly negatively stereotyped, it is definitely not acceptable for individuals to act this out.
